Batch Control
After accepting a student, add their class name, unlock time, and private class link here. Their Join Class button will unlock automatically at that time.
Enrollment Requests
The inbox still goes to xbotsaiuniverse@gmail.com. From here, you can review saved applicants, write a decision message, and open a prefilled email in your mail app for accept, decline, or waitlist updates. Class links can be added later after the student has been accepted.
Default capacity is currently 6 students per course week.
Waitlist
Applications moved to the waitlist stay here until you review them again.
Archived Applications
Archived applications are hidden from the main inbox to save screen space, but can still be restored later or deleted forever.
Student Map
View the saved student locations privately inside the admin dashboard. Purple dots are signed up, yellow dots are currently training, and green dots are trained.
