Students under 18 may only register for or participate in XBotsAiLab courses with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling a minor, the parent or guardian confirms that they have read and accepted these terms on the student’s behalf.

All courses, lessons, projects, demonstrations, and resources are provided for educational purposes only. XBotsAiLab does not guarantee college admission, employment, scholarships, certifications, publication, competition results, or any particular academic or professional outcome.

5. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

XBotsAiLab uses artificial intelligence technologies in its programs. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information and should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Students are responsible for verifying important information independently.

6. Recordings, Media, and Communications

Classes, workshops, and sessions may be recorded for educational, quality, or internal training purposes. Student photos, videos, project demonstrations, testimonials, and achievements are only published or used with proper consent.

XBotsAiLab may contact students and parents through email, WhatsApp, Google Meet, and other educational communication tools for enrollment, schedules, assignments, reminders, announcements, research opportunities, and similar educational purposes.

7. Student Code of Conduct

Students must behave respectfully, ethically, and professionally. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, plagiarism, cheating, unauthorized sharing of course materials, misuse of AI tools, hacking, disruption, or unlawful conduct is prohibited. XBotsAiLab may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, course materials, videos, software, lesson plans, graphics, trademarks, and educational resources remain the intellectual property of XBotsAiLab. Students keep ownership of their original projects, while allowing XBotsAiLab to display them for educational or promotional purposes when appropriate consent has been given.

9. Free Educational Services

Unless specifically stated otherwise, educational programs and resources are offered free of charge. XBotsAiLab may modify, postpone, cancel, replace, or discontinue any course, instructor, schedule, platform feature, or curriculum at any time.
